Belize: A Journey to the Jungle

On this trip I dove into into my passion for birding and joined a February 2025 Naturalist Journeys tour to explore the jungles of Belize with an expert birding team. We journeyed by land cruiser and boat to three jungle resorts: Crooked Tree, Lamanai and Chan Chich.

Our group of ten birders explored breathtaking Mayan ruins, mangroves and rivers. We ventured across a savanna in search of jaguars and diverse birdlife that inhabit Belize. Through my weeklong tour, I captured some of the stunning landscape and vibrant birdlife. I hope to inspire you to explore and deepen your appreciation for the environment and animals I cherish.
