So how did I get interested in photography? For my tenth birthday I received a Pentax 1000 35 mm film camera. I spent hours photographing my backyard, the dog, and any wildlife I found. These days I use a Canon R7 mirrorless, and I am happy to say nearly fifty years later the passion to capture that quintessential moment of beauty, discovery, or spirit still moves me.
